Ingredients:
- 1dl Greek yoghurt 0% fat, 10% protein
- 1/2dl vanilla protein powder
- Pinch of vanilla (or vanilla extract)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 3 pieces of chocolate 70%
- Peanuts
- Sea salt
How to make it:
Mix together yoghurt with protein and vanilla powder. Layer the protein yoghurt with peanut butter in a cup. Melt the chocolate to create the top layer, add some peanuts and sprinkle with some sea salt. Put in the freezer for 5 minutes or the fridge for at least 10 minutes, then enjoy this protein- och nutrition rich version of a snickers ice cream!
