Baked oatmeal

Baked oatmeal. 

1 portion - 380 kcal (448 with protein) + topping 

12g protein, 61g carbs, 8g fats (26g protein, 63g carbs, 9g fats)

Ingredients:

  • 1 dl oats 
  • 1 banana 
  • 1 egg 
  • 1 tsp honey (optional) 
  • Or your choice of sweetener 
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder 
  • Pinch of salt 
  • You can add 1/2 dl of protein if you like, I often use tyngre vanilla protein. 
  • Then add whatever toppings you like! 

How to make it: 

Mix all the ingredients together, add your toppings. Put in the oven, 175 degrees in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes. Let it cool down a bit and then enjoy this delicious breakfast! 

Some of my favorite toppings are:

  • Blueberries/raspberries and vanilla 
  • Cinnamon and apples 
  • My husband likes banana and chocolate
